Domaine de Mont d'Hortes Cuvee des 4 Saisons Rose 2024

Domaine de Mont d'Hortes Cuvee des 4 Saisons Rose 2024

Gold Medal Winner Concours Général Agricole Paris. A consistently award winning pale salmon pink rose made in the fashionable Provencal style. The Cuvee "4 Saisons" offers fantastic value for money and is a deliciously refreshing aperitif.

About the Producer

Situated at the bottom of the Herault valley, within sight of the sea, Monts d’Hortes is owned and run by Roch Anglade, a highly qualified oenologist who used to run the viticultural research establishment at Beziers before returning to the family estate. He makes a small range of varietal vins de pays from this tiny domaine, which is situated on the site of a Gallo-Roman dwelling. The quality here is astonishingly high. The Sauvignon is from 1.5 hectares, tank fermented and is crisp, well delineated and typical of its variety, and the Chardonnay is restrained and elegant, beautifully balanced, unimpaired by any oak flavours.
