Located in the picturesque village of Chitry-le-Fort, just southwest of Chablis, Domaine Giraudon is a family-run estate with a rich winemaking heritage. Managed by siblings AurĂ©lie and Thibaut Giraudon, the estate spans approximately 30 hectares planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and AligotĂ©. The vineyards are situated on slopes with Kimmeridgian chalky marl soils, contributing to the winesâ distinctive minerality and freshness Â ïżŒ Emphasising sustainability, the domaine practices hand harvesting and natural fermentation to produce wines that are elegant, expressive, and true to their terroir.
