"Aromatic and enticing bouquet with scents of lemon and apple, pear and white spice, some chalky limestone soil qualities and fine lees complexity. Crisp and dry, new and fresh, fruit flavours reflect the bouquet, there’s a layer of fruit spice and white spice, citrus and apple then orchard fruits and a touch of fresh lychee. Great acid line and length, a pinch of phenolics on the back palate."
